Position: Wok-Fry Chef
职位:炒锅师傅(小炒、炒菜、煮炒等)

Basic Monthly Salary: Experience-based plus quarterly and yearly cash incentives

Job Requirements:

  • Working Hours: 9 hours shift per day (with breaks of roughly 1 hour for two meals each day)
  • Working Week: 5.5 working days per week
  • Candidates should be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) fluently
  • Candidates must have worked in a Chinese kitchen as a wok-fry chef (cooked Chinese food using air-blast Kwali) before (应聘者应该有相应的炒菜炒锅经验)
  • Minimum years of relevant working experience: 5 years in the same type of work
  • Applicants must be keen to learn and passionate about culinary works in the kitchen

 

Position: Kitchen Assistant (Wok-Fry)
职位:炒锅助手(切配、打荷、配菜等)

Job Requirements:

  • Working Hours: 9 hours shift per day (with breaks of roughly 1 hour for two meals each day)

  • Candidates should be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) fluently
  • Candidates must have worked in a Chinese kitchen as kitchen assistant before (should have had relevant cutting, marinating, dish-preparing experience)(应聘者应该有相应的厨房切配、打荷、配菜经验)
  • Minimum years of relevant working experience: 2 years in the same type of work
  • Applicants must be keen to learn and passionate about culinary works in the kitchen

 

Position: Dim Sum Chef
职位:点心师傅(包子、水饺、抄手、锅贴、面条等)

  • Candidates should understand well the process of making pau, dumplings, wanton, flour-based and glutinous rice-based products(应聘者需十分了解制作包子、饺子、抄手、面粉和糯米类的中式广式点心的方法
  • Minimum years of relevant working experience: 5 years in the same type of work

  • Candidates must have worked in a Chinese restaurant as a service manager or service supervisor before(应聘者应该有在中式餐馆楼面工作及管理的经验)
  • Candidates should have had prior management experience of restaurant service team and are very familiar with service roles like waiting, servicing, food-running, cashiering and ordering (应聘者应该有丰富的管理餐厅楼面人员的经验,需要十分熟悉楼面不同岗位的职责如服务员、传菜员、收银员、采购员
  • Minimum years of relevant working experience: 5 years in the same type of work
